Art on the Ave is a neighborhood arts festival celebrating local talent and our artful Avenue where we live, work and play. We are supported generously by the city, neighborhood councils, the 6th Avenue Merchants Association and private donors. In 2006, the 6th Avenue Merchants Association received the AMOCAT Arts Patron Award for AOA from the Tacoma Arts Commission. Most folks that bring Art on the Ave to you donate their time and hope for more people to join in the fun of bringing art and artists together with the neighbors.
