Art on the Ave -a distinct festival for art and artists.

Fees by June 12th 2010:
- Art Vendors $ 60 (all fees non-refundable)
- Food Vendors $ 75 (all fees non-refundable)
- Non-profits $ 10 (all fees non-refundable)
Fees after June 12th 2010(if space available):
- Art Vendors $ 75 (all fees non-refundable)
- Food Vendors $ 90 (all fees non-refundable)
- Non-profits $ 10 (all fees non-refundable)
- Booth space is 12' x 12', must provide your own tent
- Set-up is 8:30 am - 11:00 am; vehicles need to be off the street by 10:30 am
- Tear-down starts at 5:00 pm; street re-opens to traffic at 7:00 pm
- No-alcoholic beverages, loud music in the booths. We reserve the right to remove disruptive vendors.
- All vendors are required to report their total sales on the exit interview. No percentage is taken; this information is used to help evaluate the success of the event.
- Access to electricity is not guaranteed. Food vendors will be assigned to specified areas.
Food Booth: All food vendors must obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) permit issued by Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. To obtain a TFE permit call 253-798-6456; for food worker card information call 253 798-6475. You must possess a current TFE permit from the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department to be accepted. Identify Art on the Ave when applying to the Health Department.
Please include a full menu and price list. Items sold that are not listed on your menu could result in your being removed from the festival and forfeiting your booth fee. Art on the Ave reserves the right to restrict certain entrees or beverages due to duplication or contractual exclusivity in the case of sponsorships. Food vendors will be required to obtain liability insurance naming 6th Avenue Business District as additional insured.
Non-Profit Booth: A $10 non-refundable booth fee is required for non-profit vendors. Fee includes mandatory City of Tacoma Business License. You cannot sell items in the Information Booths. No electricity is available for information booths
Liability: � Art on the Ave and 6th Avenue Business District assumes no liabilities against loss, theft, or damage for your art work and other belongings throughout the duration of the show. Therefore necessary arrangement must be made by the vendor. Liability Insurance naming 6th Avenue Business District as additional insured will be required from all Food Vendors. Other vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance or sign a waiver acknowledging acceptance of liability should loss or damage occur.
