Sunday morning / barricades - street closure / 7:45 Start / 5 people minimum with Truck
Garbage can distribution / pre 11am / 3-4 people
Vendor check-in / 9am / 2 groups of 3 people / Ave knowledgeable preferred
Music venue chair set-up / pre 11am / 3 groups 2-4 people
Info booths - program handout / 2 people at each booth 2-3 hour shifts
Walk around vendor liaisons / 2 people 2-3 hour blocks
Event monitors - security / start at 10:30 / 4 groups of 2@ 2-3 hour blocks
Breakdown - cleanup / 6 pm / as many as possible
Barricades - street opening / as soon as street clears / 5 minimum with truck
